Digital Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Human Hope Foundation ("we", "us" or "our") delivers Human Hope Daily after you buy an access plan at https://humanhopefoundation.com, when your access period starts and what to do if something goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. What is delivered

When you buy a plan you receive access to Human Hope Daily: daily devotionals, a private prayer journal, a Bible reader with reading plans, worship audio, Family Circle and, on eligible plans, the Scripture Guide companion. Delivery consists of one email, the access email, containing:

• your personal access link;
• short setup instructions for phone, tablet and desktop;
• your order number and the end date of your access period (or "Lifetime").

Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery address and no customs charges.

2. When you receive it

The access email is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout as soon as Stripe confirms your payment, which normally takes less than five minutes. In rare cases (for example a payment held for review by your bank, or a temporary delay at your email provider) it can take longer; please allow up to 24 hours before treating the email as missing.

Your access period begins on the date and time the access email is sent, not when you first open the app. The end date is shown inside the app and in the access email.

3. Opening and installing the app

Open your personal link in any modern browser and follow the setup steps. Human Hope Daily also works as an installable web app, so it gets its own icon and opens full-screen:

• iPhone and iPad. Open the link in Safari, tap the Share button, then choose "Add to Home Screen".
• Android. Open the link in Chrome, tap the browser menu (three dots), then choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
• Desktop. In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the right end of the address bar. In Safari on Mac, choose "Add to Dock" from the File menu.

Installing is optional; the app works the same in a normal browser tab. The instructions are repeated inside the app under Settings.

4. If the access email does not arrive

1. Wait about 15 minutes, then check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your mailbox for "Human Hope Daily".
2. Check the address you typed at checkout on your Stripe receipt. A typo there is the most common cause.
3. Email [email protected] with your order number (or the name on the card and its last four digits) and the correct address. We reply within 2 business days, usually much sooner, and resend the access email or correct the address.

If we are unable to deliver your access within 24 hours of payment for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund instead, in addition to your rights under the Refund Policy. Where an access email is resent because of a delivery problem on our side, your access period is adjusted to start from the successful delivery.

5. Access periods by plan

• 30 days: Hope Starter.
• 90 days or 3 months: Hope Pass, Scripture Guide.
• 6 months: Journal Plus, Family Circle.
• 12 months: Hope Annual, Scripture Guide Annual, Family Annual, Group Leader Kit.
• 24 months: Two-Year Journey.
• Lifetime: Lifetime Access, Lifetime + Foundation Circle.

Each plan is a one-time payment and does not renew. When a period ends you can buy a new plan; your prayer journal remains available for export for 30 days after access ends.

6. Using the app on several devices

Your access is personal and works on your phone, tablet and computer at the same time. Sign in with the same email on each device and your prayer journal syncs between them. Please do not share your personal link; see the Terms of Use.

7. Family Circle and Group Leader Kit

For Family Circle, Family Annual and the Group Leader Kit, the purchaser receives the access email together with instructions for inviting family or group members from inside the app. Each invited person receives their own invitation email and uses their own sign-in. Invitations do not extend the access period; every member's access ends on the same date as the purchaser's plan.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Human Hope Daily available around the clock but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Short maintenance windows are announced inside the app where possible. If the service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, the remedies in the Refund Policy apply.
